PARTIAL COD POLICY

How Partial COD Works Dear Muscles offers Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) on eligible orders. Full COD is not available. For eligible orders, the customer may be required to pay a specified advance amount at the time of placing the order. The remaining eligible amount will be payable at the time of delivery. Applicable amounts will be displayed during checkout or communicated before order confirmation. Eligibility Availability may depend on delivery location, order value, product availability, customer/order history, verification status, courier availability, internal order-risk checks, and other operational factors. We reserve the right to restrict or decline Partial COD for any particular order. Order Verification Orders may be verified through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, email or other available communication methods. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation. Cancellation / Refusal / Failed Delivery If a Partial COD order is cancelled after processing, packing or dispatch, the advance amount may be subject to applicable shipping, handling, payment-processing or other order-related costs, subject to applicable law. If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, the advance amount may be adjusted against applicable shipping, return, handling or other costs, subject to applicable law. If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal, repeated failed attempts or failure to cooperate with the courier, the order may be returned. Re-dispatch may require additional charges.
