Order cancellation policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by Customer Customers may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once processed, packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Cancellation of Partial COD orders after processing may be subject to applicable deductions or charges. Cancellation by Dear Muscles may cancel an order for product unavailability, incorrect pricing, technical/system errors, failed verification, suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. If an order is cancelled by Dear Muscles after payment has been successfully received, any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable refund procedure.
