1. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch:

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to initiate a return as per our return policy after receiving the product.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
Eligible Return Cases:
You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product.
The product is unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products.
Products without original packaging, seal, or invoice.
Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Share your order ID and a photo/video of the issue (if damaged or incorrect).
Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or share the return address.
After the product is received and inspected, your replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after successful product inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
In case of COD orders, you will be asked to share bank details for the refund.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
